Ms. Fardy is a former partner in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP practicing primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation, including class actions and large, multi-party litigation. Ms. Fardy has represented companies in the technology, manufacturing, sales and service industries in business disputes involving license and supply agreements, international and U.S. territory sales and distribution agreements, manufacturing and design agreements, professional service agreements, indemnification agreements, consumer fraud matters, civil RICO matters and business torts. She also has extensive experience defending mass torts and other product liability actions in the medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food, and transportation industries.

Ms. Fardy also practices in the areas of intellectual property and trade secrets litigation. She has represented companies in the technology medical device, manufacturing, sales and service industries in litigation involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, and license agreements. Her practice includes litigating trade secret misappropriation issues and disputes over non-compete agreements. (Seyfarth Shaw, 2006)

On a more personal note, Jennifer was a pledge mom to the founder, Kathryn White, when Kathryn’s father committed suicide while Kathryn was going to school at the University of Iowa. Jennifer has been a strong support for Kathryn and a mentor throughout her life, even after Kathryn departed early from her studies at the University of Iowa.
